Nu ska avtalet mellan Europeiska Transportarbetarefederationen och Europeiska Redareföreningen om 2006 års ILO-konvention om arbete till sjöss (se EU & arbetsrätt nr 4/2007 sid 6) göras bindande för EU:s medlemsstater genom ett direktiv, förslår europeiska kommissionen.
